Staying awake

I have worked all this past weekend up until this morning on nightshift so I'm trying to stay awake all day and sleep tonight so I can work nights again Friday & Saturday. I found another under the hood light that comes on when you open the hood. I mounted it on the other side. Now I have plenty of light under there.



Took a old 2 peice drive shaft this morning to a local drive shaft company to have it cut, new u-joints, center bearing installed and re balanced. I ended up having to come back home and taking the one in the truck out and measuring it for them. Tip of out put shaft to center of bearing mount 33". Then from flange of rear end to center 37 1/4 ". I think around 3" will have to be cut off the front, then I'll have 2 shafts to use.

Why I was under the truck I snaped a shot of the shock extender's I made at work for the front shocks. I can use the normal length shock on the front's and have more choices too! They have been on the truck now for about 3 years with no problems that I know of.
