Rear disc brake brackets

The weld on rear disc brake conversion brackets that bolt on the axle flanges.... can you use any gm caliper with them.... like the 70s - 80s cadillac or stock front truck calipers etc. Thanks for the help

Re: Rear disc brake brackets

After doing a little more searching on the forum I have refined my question. If I obtain a set of backing plates off a late 70s disc brake cadillac... the 5 x 5 12 bolt rear... what calipers will bolt to these backing plates in addition to the original and allow the use of the cadillac rotors also? Thanks
