Was this truck vandalized?
Lord I hope it was and it's not the owners idea of a paintjob.. does a board member own this??? Why not just buy one color of cheap spraypaint?

I don't think you need any dash lights with that orange inside the cab... shades at night even, maybe you get a tan while driving?

Re: Was this truck vandalized?
We went with the more subtle black cab with red/grey primer accent doors and complementary blue and lt green fenders
Couple more pic here in the "beater" TOTM thread.

Re: Was this truck vandalized?
if it was me looking, I would put a higher value on this truck then one painted all in primer, or rattle can paint.. how much bondo is covered up, with the primer paint job. same when someone steam cleans a engine on a old rig,, I would rather see where the leaks are then to find them later after purchase... now if he is selling a 'restored' truck, then a good paint job is always perferred...
seen too many primer or cheap paint jobs and a few weeks later,, the rust comes through..

Re: Was this truck vandalized?
I dunno, just looks like someone raided the bone yard to put together a straight(er) rig than they had before.
I do know one thing, I dig those wheels n tires! Same kind that were on my burb for years. Now, no one sells those tires, and no one wants to work on split rims anymore.

Re: Was this truck vandalized?
Looks to me like someone took a green cab, orange clip, and blue bed to make a truck, then started to sand/do bodywork. I don't see the big deal?
It also looks to be a pretty damn solid truck for PA as well.

Re: Was this truck vandalized?
I am actually considering maybe going to look at this might be a wealth of parts for me if the price comes down.

Re: Was this truck vandalized?
I don`t get what`s wrong.I`d like to have that for $1,600.It`s just a project K/20 with sheetmetal from different trucks sitting in a garage.Isn`t this what we do?
