droping the rear
my 68 has 2.5 drop spindals and 1'' drop coils in the front and 5'' drop coils in the rear. but i want the lower the rear a little more to level it out. how low can i go without changing to a 1 peice drive line?

you actually have that backwards, to go low, you WANT a 2 piece.

can you put pictures up of a side shot of your truck with the front wheels straight i am trying to put 22"s on my truck but dont like how the wheels are not centered. also i have the 2.5 drop spindles but the original springs and i think i dont have enough clearance. your truck looks good

where did you get your spindles from? with the wheels i have on there currently they stick out about 1/2 inch out from the fenders and it bothers me i want them to be flush. one more thing how tall are your tires?

I was cruisin my suburban with a 7 inch drop in back with the stock 2 piece driveshaft... no problems. I've since raised the rear up a bit.
