Question Ebay...NOS Cargo Lamp Assembly $695.00

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1969-...4506.m20.l1116

Ebay # Item number: 180203310788

Ok...I have no idea what an NOS Cargo Lamp Assembly is worth sooooooo...tell me. Is $695 a resonable price compared to Repops? And no I am not going to buy it as it is way above the $$$ that I have. I await those who know much more than I...

Re: Ebay...NOS Cargo Lamp Assembly $695.00

He might get it if he posts that it is also a back up light for a 69 camaro (really is)- I saw the same set up - repro- cargo light for our trucks at charlotte for twice the money just because it said camaro. It is amazing how much of this stuff is the same- rs pedal trim is the same trim used on the upper end trucks. They just pulled what was there.

Re: Ebay...NOS Cargo Lamp Assembly $695.00

I sent him an ebay message about 2 months ago for same item/same $$.

He responded politely and informed me that I needed to do more research and to learn more about this body style of truck and how hard NOS parts are to find......Blah, Blah, Blah................

tsb-1, My message to him also said "You mean $69.50, right?"

All my glovebox buttons are`57 Chevy Belair Convertible Fuelie pieces, too!

Hey truckintexas, you should ask him,"Who needs to learn more about these trucks?Didn`t you know these aren`t 67 through 72 parts"
That`s how it`s marked on the bag.

That has been on Ebay for years now. Pretty soon, his re-listing fees will reach what he is asking for it

My thoughts exactly. My 72 has this and i got to thinking man i have had my dash completely apart and i never seen any switch for this. Must be one of them fancier optioned pieces.

I totally despise people like that guy. He is one of those who puts stuff on there for a mint, hoping for a sucker. There are quite a few like him on eBay, I just hope it ends up costing him more than its worth...wonder how many times he has had to relist it.

Like I posted earlier, I have seen this listing on Ebay for a couple of YEARS now...I just laugh when it pops up in my search. I can always count on it being there
