Headlight Bezels (69-72) Repop vs. Original
I was working with the headlights on my truck yesterday and after removing the bezels I noticed a major weight difference between the two on my '69. Were the originals much heavier than the repops are today?
My guess would be yes as all the other repop parts are as light as an aluminum can. Thanks in advance!

I have repop bezels on my '69. As far as I can remember they weighed the same as the originals.

Absolutely !
Notice I have been powdercoating and immediately selling every single original bezel I can get my hands on ? There is a huge difference and it is well work the cost and effort to refurbish an OEM piece.

Thanks for the information Kevin! That's generally what I thought but wanted to make sure I didn't have one that was coated or pc'd.
