Unhappy seatbelts4less (Andover Industries)

I was wondering if anybody here had any experience with seltbelts4less.com. I placed an order 4 weeks ago for my 1971 C10. The next day I was told the belts were backordered for 3 weeks. They charged my credit card the next day. I have not heard anything since. I have emailed customer service three times requesting an update. I called twice and left voice mail messages. No calls back.

They had good prices. I should have asked here before I ordered. Any recommendations of what I should do?

I finally received my order on June 5. Apparently seatbelts4less.com had trouble with their supplier. I can understand that. I just wish they had communicated better.

The quality looks excellent. For my trouble they refunded 10% and the $7.99 handling fee. I would order from them again as long as I knew the items were not backordered.

They should have been able to tell you if they were in stock or not when you bought them.
They should not place the charge until product is shipped.
I had the same kind of deal, except a money order, with a Blazer soft top. They told me they were waiting for outsourced pieces that were back ordered until the phone was disconnected.I`m glad you got the belts.
