4.3L vs 5.7L ? ? ?
I want to put a 4.3 4spd auto into a 67-72 for my youngest..(already have a "driver w/the 4.3)...what do you think? and someone said go 70/71 for pwr strg and disc brakes....true? help help thanks Don

Don, that is correct, you can generally go to a '71-'72 (or even later) to acquire disc brakes for your project. As far as dropping in the 4.3l I don't see a problem doing so, but you can't go wrong with a 5.7l.
But then again, this is for your youngest, so I'd drop in the 4.3l and save the 5.7l for your project.
