"real low mileage" original 72 Stepper in NorCal
This actually appears to be a pretty nice original truck....though I don't understand the green interior with the orange exterior...(obvious repaint or weird color combo???), but what was someone thinking. Radio delete plate still there. not sure why he didn't post engine motor pics with all the other large pics
http://sacramento.craigslist.org/cto/1223652028.html The thing that got me was that he may actually think, or be trying to convince someone, that the truck only has a little over 4k original miles!!!...I say no way by looking at the pics. Never-the-less, a nice starting point for a resto or rodded truck.

Looks like someone was really rough on that interior for only having 4000+ miles on it.Truck does have alot of potential but IMO thats a little pricey.

Re: "real low mileage" original 72 Stepper in NorCal
Decent truck.Too much song & dance.I`m sure the seller never pulled the mat back to check where the kick panel meets the floor,See the rusty seems in the drip rail?Cracked up seam sealer. He told her to sell it rather than let it sit and go to waste? With 4,000 miles it`s been doing that for a few decades...yeah right. That rust hole is from sitting a long time.I`ve seen 100,000 mile trucks with good arm rests and why did the seat need reupholstery?Looks like Junior needs some of mom`s money. Is a/c needed year`round?Obviously a repaint.
once again,i`m knocking the seller not the truck.i thonk it`s a nice one and even for the money.Although high for the condition in that area.I guess the somewhat originality adds value. To me it does.

Re: "real low mileage" original 72 Stepper in NorCal
Couple things.
1) NO way thats a 4K mile truck. 2) Green paint spot right front fender. Why repaint a low mile truck? 3) Isnt that seat out of a older truck?. Its not a 71-72 seat. 4) One of the heater levers is broken off. If it was that low mile it would still be intact.

Re: "real low mileage" original 72 Stepper in NorCal
I saw that truck on Craigslist and no way was it a 4000 mile truck. I have a truck with about 92000 miles on it and it drives great but has less wear than that truck.
