I'm running a power steering box off a 77 Chevy on my 67 Chevy 4x4. I had to make some 1/2" spacers to space the box away from the frame because of the buldge on the side of the steering box. The other way to do this is to heat and massage an indentation into the frame so that buldge will clear. I have even seen a 1/2" thick aluminum plate used to space the box away from the frame, with a cut-out for the buldge. It will fit and can be done but it will probably require some minor modifications. Well worth the effort in my opinion.

Is the steering box you have off a 2wd or a 4wd

It seemed to fit fine when I matched it to the frame, I have a 67 2wd frame horn on my 68 4wd

Thanks for the response
