Thumbs up No More Mini Spool!!!!!!

first of all did anyone attent the big chevy swap meet yesterday here in indinapolis? well i found a powertrack locker system for my 68. and the guy sold it to me for 45 dollars. he said he took it out of his truck because he bought the powertrack that is quiet. the he sold me makes a clicking noise turning corners. i can deal with a little clicking for 45 dollars. now i wond be dragging a tire in the turns.

I went yesterday!! It is a Pretty good one, They have several throughout the year, I bought a Richmond 5 speed, (600.00), Fellow Guaranteed it, Lives South of Indy, So I thought I would Try it out. Also Bought a Set of Vortecs For 350.00 Brand New, Good Deals Early in the Morning.. How about that Spool, Do You know They will eat tires?? But I want to put one in my 67 camaro, but scared that I will kill my self.. Let me know how it is...

Good luck with that powertrax. I had one in my Suburban and it destroyed my rearend within a month. I also have a friend with an f-1fixme who installed a powertrax lockrite in his truck. He sheared the dog tooth gears off of the locker within two weeks.

the powertrack lockrite is the one that i got. i talked to a couple of guys who have used them and they say that they have had no problems with the system. i was informed that installation is the key. i'll let everyone know how it goes.
