Source for 305 V6 5.0L Motor Mounts?

I can't seem to find motor mounts for my 305CI V6 5.0L engine in my '67 GMC 1/2 ton long bed pickup anywhere, I've searched online and been to the auto parts stores and no one has them. I've tried modifying an old Ford motor mount but it didn't quite work..now because the rubber is separated from the metal whenever I take a left turn my driveshaft hits my frame tunnel making a screeching noise..quite disturbing.

I don't want to resort to rednecking together a piece of 2x4 to solve this problem. If anyone knows of a vendor where I can find this motor mount it would be really appreciated.

You can not buy them new. I believe the company is Steele Rubber, they will recondition yours. A good source for this info is Jolly's 60-66 GMC web site.

Unfortunately, those mounts are no longer made. But, you still have 2 options. You can send them to Steele as pointed out in the above post, or ask on Jolly's site. I think someone there found a transmission mount that works.
