72' Heater Valve on Intake?
Greetings,
We have a 72' non-air C-10. The heater hose is connected to a valve on the intake that appears to have a vacuum line port on it. Currently nothing is attached to the port. My question, Should there be a line attached? Thanks, MrBlue |

See the above post on info about how the valve works.

Re: 72' Heater Valve on Intake?
Sammy,
Thanks. I do understand how the value works. BUT where is the vac. source coming from? The previous owner kinda liked to do his own thing with the truck and may have discarded the line?????? I have a service manual, but it does not show a vac line. I did replace all my heater control cables but there did not appear to be a vac switch. Thanks Again, MrBLue |
