plug gap?

what is the best plug gap for the following setup: ?

87 up 350Ci
194. 15 heads,
edelbrock performer rpm manifold
600cfm carter
headers
hei + msd ( gold advance springs )
280 duration cam

If ya'll can tell me the best to run, I would greatly appreciate it.

It will put more wear and tear on your coil and wires, and if it is running poor, it could agervate it, but nothing much more though.
