Lube for Eaton HO52 "No-Slip" Rearend
Hi -
I just installed an Eaton HO52/72 rearend with "No-Slip" positraction and need to add the oil to the housing. Any suggestions on a good quality oil that works with the "No-Slip"? Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Dan M. 1949 Chevy 3600 |

Never heard of the no slip,,,,,,, The no spin is a detroit locker and regular gear oil is all thats needed. If it is a clutch type posi, then add gm posi additive.

I have an HO52 with the Detroit Locker and just use regular gear oil.
Have never had a problem. |
