Goodby green truck
My 72 highlander went to a new home this afternoon. My 4 year old was upset to see it go but was ok once we assured him it was going to a happy truck home. It went an hour east of FT Worth to bobvilla67's place. He was also excited to see what was sitting in the front yard.

It's always good to see a truck adopted into a new home.

Re: Goodby green truck
Thank goodness someone bought the Highlander before I had too. I wanted it bad but my wife would have killed me. That truck was sweet!

Re: Goodby green truck
I finally got to unload it yesterday(wednesday) & push it to the backyard. I can't wait to start swaping everything over to from my 69 1 ton to the 67 1 ton. The green truck was one of the best driving trucks I have driven in a while.

Re: Goodby green truck
It looks like your boy rolled his dump truck out with the flatbed.

Re: Goodby green truck
So is the plan to make one super 1 ton?
Or two with one with the PortiPoti attached on the bed for the swap meets?

Re: Goodby green truck
Yes. I will use the engine/trans, hydraboost, front sheetmetal, & the rear end out of the 69. The porta potty gets a little heavy after a weekend of use so I figure I better stick with the trailer.
