4 speed overdrive in a 85 4x4?

I was watching a Youtube video of a 85 Siverado with a 4 speed overdrive and a 208 t-case. I didn't know this trans was even avalible in a 4x4. Has anyone ever seen this before?

I know the K10 and K20 was offered with 4 speed manual, 4 speed manual with w/od, and the 4 speed automatic w/od as options in 1983 with the 208 transfercase.

I didn't think that they started until later in the '80s but that would be pretty cool.

You could get the manual 4 speed OD trans in an 82 4x4 Diesel. I had one with 208 transfer case & 3.08 gears.

These transmissions were somewhat problematic as the input shaft bearing was weak & did not hold up under heavy usage.

I used to wipe one out every few months behind a built 350. They were great for mileage & also you could shift them like a car.
