Holes in door ?
What are the two holes that are on either side of the upper hinge for? They are 1/4 or 3/8. I cannot think of what they would be for. I am thinking of welding them up before I paint my doors.

Are you saying that there is a hole in the door and one in the jamb on each side of the truck? Are there any holes in the doors for speakers? LockDoc

Both holes on each door. Smaller hole is in line with top of door panel trim, the other hole is more obvious below the hinge.

I would guess maybe someone drilled them for speaker wires?

Those are in all the doors I have seen. At least when I looked for them
 I have never seen any ever in use however but that does not mean a whole lot

small upper hole is in all six of my parts doors. Lower hole only in 2 and they have no speaker holes.

The lower holes are custom from P.O., Mine are from home made power windows (p.o. welded a window motor to the regulator)
