C20 Wheel Ques

I'm looking to get away from the 16.5" wheels on my truck, and I'm curious-is there any reason why I can't switch to a 15" wheel? Is there a clearance issue related to the calipers, or will the 15's work fine? Thanks

15's are very hard to find becouse they are not technicly DOT compliant. They may have issues with clearance on disk brakes... never seen them over disks, only drums

16" work really well, also with a lot of options.

I had some 15" chrome spokes (8 hole ) once, never got to mount them over disc brakes. I was told they may interfere with the caliper but they could be ground off for clearance. The interference may not be much. I think your wheel choices would be better with 16", stockers with hub caps still look good.

Re: C20 Wheel Ques

I put 16's on my truck- there's a lot more options with 8 hole 16's.

Les Schwab said the 15's wouldn't fit.

Re: C20 Wheel Ques

Thanks guys. I couldn't find a 15in wheel I liked anyway. I'll try to find a 16, I just want a steel smooth wheel.
