Re: Using OEM AC Brackets with headers?
I am guessing you are talking about small block brackets. In this case, there are custom brackets out there, or you will have to cut the bracket that bolts around the factory manifold. Trevor

Re: Using OEM AC Brackets with headers?
i am guessing that you are talking about the bracket that mounts to the rear of the A/C compressor. If you look in a jegs catalog, they will chow a bracket, that mounts to the header flange and give you a hole to hold the lower rear compressor mount. In process with a 70 Camaro, and needed the same thing.

Re: Using OEM AC Brackets with headers?
If I understand your last question, my 350 had a stud on the right side, at the front of the intake, which served to locate the rear of the original ac compressor. Here's a pic of the front of my engine before I pulled it from the chassis. I hope it will help.
