Black and Red Color Scheme - Need Pics
My son has plans for a black and red color scheme on his truck. His mom drives a black Mustang GT with red interior so that's where he's gotten his idea from. There can be a lot of different color arrangements on the interior so I'm trying to figure out which one works the best. He wanted black carpet with black seats with some red inlay. Black door panels with red arm rests. Can't remember what color dash pad, sun visors, head liner, and so on and so forth that he wanted. So...does anyone else have a similar color scheme that you might could posts some pics up so we can be thinking about it.
I just nixed the idea of black carpet because I found a red carpet set here in the FS section and bought it. Now since I'm changed his carpet color I need to be sure I get the rest of the stuff right. Here is a pic of his mom's (my blessed wife) car. Looks like the carpet is black with red floor mats. I'm thinking since I've already bought the red carpet, we're going to have to go with red carpet and black floor mats with the ![]()

Re: Black and Red Color Scheme - Need Pics
If he is wanting to have red accents get black door panels and mask off and dye the inside where trim goes on door panels red and use a black armrest. The armrests don't look good as another color from the actual panel. You could that, or get you some Cheyenne Woodgrain panels that are faded and paint them bright red and put them on the door panels. That don't look too bad. I'll try to get you pics of both. Trevor
