Turn signals

So I got my lights working finally! But my turn signals don't work. I change my power cable fromthe battery to the frame cus it was somewhere else. I thought that would help but no.idk what to do cus my hasarduz lights work and brake lights but no signals. Idk if it's my ground or my fuse.Please help

Does the light in the dash turn on but not blink? If so, you have a bad ground or burned buld.

No lights in the dash turn on. If I turn on my hazarduz lights they do turn on in the dash. I might have bad ground cus I put all new bulbs. What do I do?
