Hello from S Florida
Just thought I'd stop in and introduce myself. I am the proud owner of a 1967 Chevy C-10 shortbed with the small back window. I found this truck about a year ago sitting at a local nursery, completely stripped of EVERYTHING and ready to go to the crusher. I couldn't let that happen so i bought it. I've been slowly buying the parts and getting work done on the body, its now ready to be put together and be out on the road. My goal is February 1st. Here is a pic of the truck the way I found it. Please keep in mind that because of a shortage of funds I am not restoring this truck back to its original beauty, but i am making it into a daily driven truck, flat black paint, lowered...one day i might do a frame off resto but for now I'm just looking to get him back on the road

Re: Hello from S Florida
Thanks...its getting there, unfortunately its taken alot longer than I would've liked. I had a guy who has a 1969 longbed helping me put it together, guess he thought because i'm female that I wouldn't notice that he was having me order parts and putting them on his truck and not doing anything to mine...now the truck(and almost everything to put it together) is in my garage and I'm ready to get it on the road.
