Will 2003 Forged Silverado Wheels fit on a 1968 C20?

I'm looking to put some factory 2003 Silverado forged 16" wheels on my 1968 GMC 3/4 ton 2WD. Will they fit? I've got front drums if it matters.

they will bolt on essentially, but they will hit the inner fenderwells- wrong offset.

Yes, they will fit. The people that have those wheels either love or wish they had done something different because the wheel offset sets the wheels in a little far. Some people are using a spacer to bring the wheel out and that helps the looks a lot. I have a 68 GMC and I was just looking for wheels within the last 15 min. I had also considered changing my truck to a 1/2 ton with coil spring rear for a smoother ride but I have all the stuff to do it. I rebuild trucks for a living so a frame change is no bigge to me. If you go with the late model wheels you can get a lugnut to put the center caps on with from a e-bay dealer [lugnutman I think]. Also you can get the rear center of of a one tone trucck for the deeper cap. Jim

These are 2003 2500 Chevy wheels. Lugnuts from Lugnut king on e-bay. They are standard thread with the right metric thread for the plastic cover nuts. I have drums all around. Still looking for the one ton center caps to cover the DANA 60 ends. Good luck.

No spacers used. I haven't heard any rubbing or binding either when turning or driving, but i'll check today. Thanks.
