noise in torque converter

I have a 99 sliverado Z71 4x4 that sounds like it has a ball bearing rolling around in the conveter. It gets louder the more force on the converter. Has anyone ever heard of this or had the same issue?

I whould check the Catalytic Converters for rattling before condeming the transmission.
