I have two rear bag questions
1. How big of a hole should I drill for through the frame to allow the bag fitting to fit.?Should it be bigger the the air bag fitting hole?
2. Do the bolts that secure the bags to the frame and trailing arms needs lock washers?

Re: I have two rear bag questions
Yes the hole needs to be bigger so you can get the fitting through it
And on the hardware, I used lock washers on mine & also put a couple brass bushings on the bottom bolt Instead of teflon, use anti seize |

Re: I have two rear bag questions
Yeah, teflon or loctite sealant for the fitting though!

Re: I have two rear bag questions
for my Dominator D2600 install, I use a 7/16" drill for the mounting hardware and a 1" drill for the air inlet hardware.
and always use lockwashers if you can!

Re: I have two rear bag questions
Grade 5 hardware never hurts either. They aren't under a lot of stress as they just locate the bag in place, but you can crank them down a lot tighter!
