Sun Visor ?

I am wanting to add a sun visor to my passenger side and replace the one that was on my drivers. I have my original bracket and arm from the drivers side. I bought a set of the visors(no bracket) from a fella. First let me say I didn't realize the originals were paper, but more than anything I am wanting to know if the metal arm of the bracket is considerably shorter than the visor itself.

If that is not the case, I have the wrong visors. They are much longer than the arm.

Re: Sun Visor ?

The shaft on the arm is shorter than the visor flaps, however, I don't think the difference is much. When inserting the shaft into the flap sleeve, put a graphite lube or dielectric grease on it for easy operation. Also, when adding a visor to the passenger side, there dimples for the three mounting screw holes and the center dimple must be drilled out to allow the spring mechanism to insert into the cab roof. The dimples were put there to allow the passenger side sun visor at the dealer level.
