Frame horn questions
My truck at one time had a front bumper that the hardware was rusted on on i guess so the previous owner cut i off with a torch. the didnt mess much up except their a bit jagged and the front hole on the middle of the horn has been enlarged and the very front is pushed in. any ideas?

they don't hold any structural significance except for the bumper do they?

No they are just the end of the frame. They can be butt welded back on.
