Wow, those stickers are always trashed and faded. At least we know what they are supposed to look like now!

I am pretty sure I posted one in one of your other 73/74 grill threads. I would have to look, or perhaps you could find it easier.

you did- see the "NOS" photos in this thread; the outer band looks black. On the other photos it looks silver. On an emblem I bought it looks like faded gold. I'm trying to figure out if it's the angle the shots are at making it look black or if it's really black on some.

The site supporter that makes reproduction parts is asking for pictures for a reason. Tri-Pro has been working on this for a while now.

Re: need help with picture '73 or '74

I got an NOS one off of ebay a few years ago for $65.00. Loved it. Last year a hail storm got it. Knocked some big chunks out of it. Bought me another one that needs repainted. I think I'll just pull the emblem off the NOS one. I have never seen the emblems for this year mode for sale.

Re: need help with picture '73 or '74

I thought the sticker on my NOS grill was silver around the edges. My truck is at the body shop, I am going there today to work on it...I will look then and try to snap a photo as well.

I got my NOS grill on ebay as well, $65 too...it is currently on my 73 and will lose it's NOS badge shortly too.
