Blazer tank plumbing question

I picked up a 78 blazer tank and will using the sender that came with it.

There is like 4 or 5 hoses connected to it. Which one do I hook the fuel pump to? Does it matter? And do I just plug the rest?

I will get a pic up tonight.

Thanks

Re: Blazer tank plumbing question

My guesses:

The largest, 5/8", is probably the filler vent that runs back towards the gas cap.
There should be a 1/4" vent for the canister. It will have a ball valve just under the lid.
Two lines left: the larger, prob 3/8", is the pump feed line and the smaller, 5/16", is the return. The return should stop just after it passes through the lid and the feed should run for several inches.
If there is a fifth.....maybe its another return/vent line.

Re: Blazer tank plumbing question

The feed and return lines should have rubber fittings and compression fittings.
