The building with doors, gutters, and insulation was $11950 delivered to the house.

I am in it around $21K but that is concrete, lights, wire, labor, beer, beer, beer, wood (2x4's, OSB, and paint)...etc.. You could build it without the 30x18 room and no osb walls, just the building and concrete for about $16k doing it yourself.

I knew a shop like that came with hidden costs. Old kitchen cabinets in shop.........complete kitchen redo, yep hidden costs will get you everytime. Congrats sir, you have one nice playpen.

It was easy to assemble, everything is marked and numbered. If you do it yourself I suggest having about 3 people help you. We got all the red iron up in one weekend and then you can do the sides in a weekend. It will take a weekend to put the roof on and then another weekend to do the trim and gutters. I ended up letting my brother and ones of his buddies that was out of work do the front, roof, gutters and trim.

I have never messed with one of these before this one, so no I don't do construction... heck I work behind a desk. And yes I do love to grill.

No inspections, I live outside the city limits so we don't have to worry about that.

I have one and over here in WA they count as a temporary building and you do not need any inspections.

I checked with everyone on the web I think that sells metal buildings. I know I got prices from 10 different companies and SteelCo gave me the best price by far. My buddy has 2 of their buildings, a 50x100 I think and a 40x60 and he loves them. They are really built by Nucor buildings and have a warranty.
