Thats not bad at all. It definately seems like the steel buildings are the way to go price wise.

I am in it around $21K but that is concrete, lights, wire, labor, beer, beer, beer, wood (2x4's, OSB, and paint)...etc.. You could build it without the 30x18 room and no osb walls, just the building and concrete for about $16k doing it yourself.

I knew a shop like that came with hidden costs. Old kitchen cabinets in shop.........complete kitchen redo, yep hidden costs will get you everytime. Congrats sir, you have one nice playpen.

I checked with everyone on the web I think that sells metal buildings. I know I got prices from 10 different companies and SteelCo gave me the best price by far. My buddy has 2 of their buildings, a 50x100 I think and a 40x60 and he loves them. They are really built by Nucor buildings and have a warranty.
