SOLD

I have this truck for sale as a parts truck as it has no motor (motor was pulled and put into a friends truck). This was a running driving truck. Appears to be a 1978 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 truck. Has Dana 44 front and rear axles, a turbo350 transmission with a NP203 transfer case. This is an A/C truck.

This truck overall is in good shape but needs lots of little love (things like new hood, hood hinges, door hinges need new bushings/pins, etc) Passenger front hub needs to be replaced and rear window is missing slider panel. Passenger door panel is not on door, but is sitting behind the seat. The Bed is in great shape!

It is also missing the tailgate and the tool box does not go with it.

I drove this truck in 2 wheel drive onto and off of the trailer and that is the extent to what I know mechanically about this truck. This truck can be a great truck to fix back up to its glory or just simply put a motor back into it and go bounce off a bunch of rocks!!!

Rick (rick1971) and myself are asking for $400 or best offer on this parts truck. Sale will include the pink slip and bill of sale.

I was under this truck working on getting the engine ready to remove, and I could not find any rust on this truck. The only dents are from the front bumper making contact with fenders. Nothing is cut on the truck. It appears to be lifted with 4 inch springs on front and has 4 inch blocks on back, all four shocks are skyjacker shocks.

Hey pnutgallery, we still have the truck. I got the paperwork and the title is lost. The paperwork shows that, and it was in the process of getting a new title and new reg, but is at a standstill as this truck would not pass smog (old owner removed some smog equipment, then gave up on truck). So, I can provide a bill of sale and the pile of paperwork. Check with your state Motor vehical office to see that if a bill of sale will help you to title the truck. Do not want to sell to you if that will be an issue.

Hi, I do not know the ratios, have not checked. With how original everything is under the truck, except for the lift, I would expect this to have factory ratios.

Parting out the truck now.

Bed for $400
Cab for $250
Rolling frame for $200

Also, the paperwork for truck is there, and it is registered til 08/31/2010 but needs Smog. (so the $400 for complete truck is still an option, I really don't want to part this one out.)
