Recommendation for plugs

Can anyone recommend some plugs for a bone stock 350? I need to buy some plugs and wires and I am looking for any good recommendations.

Also is there an easy way to determine on the distrib if its running points, or if it has been upgraded?

Thanks!

Re: Recommendation for plugs

I have always run what the service manual calls for in my case (283) its ac delco R45's. As far at the dist, pull the cap and rotor, you should either see a set of points or an elctronic upgrade in there. Should be very easy to check out

Re: Recommendation for plugs

I used AC Delco on my 350, sorry I don't have a part number on me right now. If you have an HEI you will want to gap them at 45 otherwise you'll gap them at 35.
