Suburban spare tire well...NO rust through
Pulled out of the '68, it is in excellent condition, NO rust through, only minor surface rust. $50.00 plus the ride.

Sorry for the hassle, but I found out 15 minutes ago that I will no longer have an office to work out of in just over 1 month so I will not be able to get the part from you. Another time. I have much bigger problems now.
