Which model? They made lots. I run one, its just now showing signs of causing problems with me after 6-7 years. Generally happy with it. Its just been pushing cheep Wally world truck speakers.

Re: Any one useing a streo made by Dual???
i am using a dual head unit, it was the base model with no cd player but it has mp3 input as well as memory card slot, which i love cause i can put hundreds of songs on the memory and not scratch cds or have them skip on bumpy roads, i just hooked up a 450 watt alpine amp with a 12 in kenwood shallow mount sub the i got on cl both for $150, so for a lil over $200 i have a system that sounds alot better than the $200+ price tag, even with the $40 dual head unit, this thang hits HARD!!!!

I think that's the same one I got $50 from wal-mart but I got it in my 88 k1500 and not a 73-87, mines got aux input for mp3 and works good that way too, alot better then cd's or radio IMO. The thing has a nice bright blue display and buttons too.
