Optimum backspacing?

Is there an optimum back spacing for a set of wheels? My 71 3/4ton has a dana 60 in it, and I'm looking at the wheels pictured below, but it looks like they only come in a 4.5" back spacing wheel size 16x9, think it will work and not look goofy? Thanks for the help!!
