Quarter window HELP!
I am trying to take out the quarter windows on my 70 Suburban without dammaging them. I checked on both sides of the seal and there is no seam. Is there an easy way to pull the glass? I am just going to cut the seals on one side if there is no easy way... on yeah, this will be a one person job.

Re: Quarter window HELP!
If you're putting in new seals, take some tape and string it across the outside top to bottom to keep the glass from falling and cut the seal with a utility blade all the way around and remove gently (rip off the tape when removing).

Re: Quarter window HELP!
I had glue on the inside of the weatherstirp, that held it in... I ended up cutting out the seals on the body side and pulling the windows inside... I got everything out scratch and break free... except for the windshield... BTW... I miss Camp Pendleton... I was there from '03 to '05.
