72 C20 Suburban in New York
Well, I've been eyeballing the forum for awhile - before and after (before purchase and after) and now that she's street legal it's time to jump in and say howdy (just got my plates and registration today). I'd been looking for a Suburban this past spring - something old (I came from California so that didn't scare me) - and the 67-72s just stood out - they looked solid (and it turns out they are). Anyway, I'm going to post more on the Suburban board...but wanted to start here - and thank everyone involved with this message board. THANKS!
Peace, TT |

Re: 72 C20 Suburban in New York
Thanks Dougo,
Yours too - I've seen your post about the steelies (nice addition). My paint has a bit of metallic in it - it hard to see on yours but it looks to be a more straight dark green. If I ever repaint her I'm going for your look (although I can't complain - there is a little surface rust on the rocker panels - but she's really clean otherwise). TT |
