That sucks dude. I had the same problem (I hate those sunroofs). I recommend getting another cab since you can probably get a cab for the same price as a roof.
I don't know if you have ever taken on anything like this before ( I hadn't), but the way I did it was: I bought a donor cab and removed the outer and inner roof skin (about a hundred spotwelds) Then removed my roof and inner skin. Then I reinstalled the panels; painted rust converter, primered/painted and put dynomat in the area between the two skins sealed my rain gutter. It took me about 5 days and a box of bandaids to do this by myself, but it can be done. Last edited by 63 & 64 Bowties; 08-07-2010 at 06:02 AM. |
