Newbie..'64 SWB step-side

Thought I'd post some pics of my project. Picked up this '64 a few months ago. Since then it's been a DD.

I plan on keeping it mostly stock. Lower the stance a little. No big plans right now but that may change.

BTW..I'm a firefighter also. Stay safe out there.

Looks like a decent truck. What's the specs on the drivetrain? Looks like you'll be needing a heater soon.

The PO removed the 6 cyl and swapped in a 327 4bbl with automatic trans. The heater is going to be the major issue right now. With Ohio weather it won't be a DD for long without heat. Anyone have any ideas where I can pick up a heater? Also thought about installing a Vintage Air system.

I might have enough parts to put together a deluxe heater....I would have to check to be sure though. Do you have the levers on the dash and the cables?
