Does anyone have a 292 w/ auto trans
Does anyone have or have you seen a 292 hooked to an automatic transmission. It seems like a torquey motor like that would do well with an automatic transmission.

We used to run them in step vans all the time. They run very good. The 3/4 ton used TH350 & the 1 ton's used TH400. I would use a 700R4.

I had one in a 70 lwb with a th350 and it was a monster.
