What causes truck lean/tilt

So I did a 5/7 drop on my 69SWB the front RT leans about 5/8" in comparison to the left front. I have dismanteled and confirmed that the 2" spring is sitting both on the top and bottom pockets but still looks bad. I had the truck aligned and they did not notice anything out of what. Actually they were able to get it pretty close to nominal with a couple of shims. Ball joints were replaced as well. I took multiple measurements to try and identify the issue but the only difference I noticed was the space between upper and lower control arms when compared from LH to RH. Is it posible that I got a wrong spring from ECE. I called them this morning and they suggested that I swap springs to see if the issue moves from RH to LH but I really dont want to completely take the truck apart again unless I have to. Is there a key measurement that can help identify the issue? Can someone suggest where and what to look for?

did you measure the two springs b4 installing to see that they were the same height?

Yes. they were the same. I did only because a intially installed the ECE 1.5" and decided to go with the 2". I still have the 1.5" and they match so I know I didn't mix them.

Are the ball joints the same? And is the high side balljoint seated all the way in the spindal. and is the low side seated all the way in lower control arm? Just somethin to check. U could take high spring out and trim it alil till its sittin level. It dose drive u nutz tho had the same problem but only a quarter in off. I had mine apart 3 times b4 I got it

Could be your body mount bushing. I have the same problem. Done a 2.5 spindle with new springs up front and 4" drop springs in back. Looked and noticed that the bushing were shot after 43 years of use. Hope this helps.

I know that the cab bushings are shot so that may be the issue but I did measure from the top of the bed to the bottom of the back window with very little difference. I have also change the rad support bushings with no improvement.

The ball joints are also new moog and they are inserted ans seating properly. I thought about triming the spring with a band saw but if I do, it will no longer sit in the pocket on the bottom control arm. Is there a trick to that? I am thinking I'll replace the cab bushings before I cut anything for compensation but I'd like to know how to if possible.
