I have a 1967 gmc 4x4 with power stering. It has a 305 v-6. Will it work on my 1968 chevy truck. both are 3/4 tons. I plain on putting the 1968 body on the 1967. Thanks for your help

Re: power stering Help

If you are keeping the 67 frame and front suspension, I can't see why it shouldn't work. However, I thought 67 used an external cylinder attached to the linkage. Is that what you have, or is yours an integral PS gear?

Thanks Ray Yes that is What it is. external cylinder attached to linkage. This is my first project on my own. Never done it before, I have always paid to have it done. Just trying to find out what should work before digging in
