Much appreciated. Ive drooled over the crafstmanship of your products as well. And ya the bobbers cool, extreme budget build. Probably 1500 total investment.. helps when you buy a gay old undesirable honda lol... does help to be able to do body and paint and fab in house though....

Nate, those gas adjust shocks mount straight to the old hinges you had before right?

We will be sending out a new set of hinge arms with the upgrade. Everything else is the same.

I like the look of the double, mini shocks on each side. It definately screams custom.

Im curious about this too. While both styles are definately trick, I loved the hidden shocks on the first ones. It just looked so clean.

It got beat to death with a 5 lb. sledge.

Ran into a few "issues" that put it on the back burner for now. It was turning into a black hole that was sucking my time away and was becoming far too expensive to produce and sell.

Now that's what I call customer service and keeping the buyer in mind. KEEPING COST DOWN. Thanks Nate!! There are so many products on the market that are cheap quality and over priced just because auto restoration is now a big hobby.

Re: Porterbuilt 67-72 Gas Adjust Hood Hinge Option

I just finished my hinges up, they work great. The only complaint I have is the hood doesn't seem to open as far with the struts in place as it did with the stock hinges but I'm a short guy so it's not to big a deal.
