Hummer H3 door mirrors
So I've been thinking about replacing the mirrors the PO put on the truck... I was looking at the F150 Bronco mirrors but wanted something different... So as I walk thru the parking lot at work I look at all the trucks and cars for ideas... I was looking at the Jeep Wrangler mirrors.. up to 2006 was one stlye and then 2007+ was another style.... then I found an H3... I like the bulky look and it also mounts to any flat surface.... I think they would look good on a lifted K5. Anyone seen this done before? Here is a pic of the mirror I'm referring to.... They have black or chrome heads....

Re: Hummer H3 door mirrors
I wouldn't be a fan of plastic mirrors of any kind on a Blazer. Maybe the chrome ones would look more like they belong but I think those black ones are gonna look like a cheap aftermarket mirror on a Blazer. Having siad that I think they're nice mirrors, just not on a Blazer. My .02

Re: Hummer H3 door mirrors
Mine had some black plastic mirrors on it when I got it. It was the first thing I did - toss them in the trash and get original sport mirrors. ...but that's just me.

Re: Hummer H3 door mirrors
I realize they wont fit every ones taste. I was thinking F@rd mirrors first but thought these would go well.... here is the first test fit.... the mirror is taped in place with blue tape and its only resting on two bolts. I need to adjust the angle and will need to fill in the space between the door and the mirror base....

Re: Hummer H3 door mirrors
They look like a modern mirror that doesn't fit the door or the truck to me, but it's your Blazer.

Agreed, like the mirror but don't like the mirror on a blazer.

Re: Hummer H3 door mirrors
You mention f*rd Mirrors.. and that's what I put on my truck about 15 years ago. If you decide to go with a newer style mirror, I'd recommend those. I like them and they mount well with the body lines on the door.
