Its a plywood box with some windows. Other than that, its a good find.

Custom Camper was actually a packaged model of 3/4 ton truck back then.
It was geared towards people who were going to put a camper in the back or tow trailers with them. This was when the RV thing really started taking off. The truck looks like it is all there, isn't rusted out... but that's based on the not so close pictures. I'd say $5K is high, too. To me that's the price of a rust free truck that's runing, driving and has tags.
