1974 Jimmy - Whole for Parts
Hey everyone I have decided to put my 74 Jimmy up for sale as a parts truck. I lost the title and never transferred it into my name. Was planning to get a bonded title out here but just flat out don't have the time. If truck is sold whole it will be sold with a bill of sale.
This truck comes with just about everything to get it back together - asking price for this entire package is $3250 which is what I have into it. Here are the goods - Solid mostly rust free tub (could use a drivers floor pan) - I am told the engine is a 327 - i haven't run it or ID'd it - Turbo 350 with NP203 case - Mickey Thompson Classic 2 Wheels - Nice set of cloth low back front buckets with all the mounting brackets - Nice vinyl rear seat - New/Used Steering Column - not installed - New Cut LMC Doors - not installed - New LMC Fenders - not installed - 4" Suspension Lift and what looks like a 2" body lift - All the 74 GMC specific front end pieces are in great condition - Top is in good shape / nerf bars in good shape - Spare set of window glass - Spare front axle from 86 parts truck - Full set of 4wd rallye wheels - Complete 2wd rolling frame - was planning a 2wd conversion - 2 76+ Consoles - 1 red / 1 black - Full set of tan front seatbelts Here are the bads - Would need a drivers side quarter grafted - looks like wheel fell off at some point - Needs tailgate glass This is a great deal for someone to restore or part out. I just don't have the time and have way to many projects going on for my own good. Call Scott 512.299.5469 or email scott.j.zimmerman@gmail.com Truck is in Cedar Park TX just north of Austin, TX

Re: 1974 Jimmy - Whole for Parts
Man, I would snatch this package up in a heartbeat if my wife wouldn't castrate me. Some body's going to get a nice start on a 2wd fimmy here.

Re: 1974 Jimmy - Whole for Parts
To sweeten the pot here. If anyone is interested in converting this to 2wd I have a lift at the shop and am open to loaning it out for you to swap the body from the 4wd to the 2wd frame.
Really need this to go.

Bigred - Really trying to sell this project as a whole first. If it doesn't go then I will post up here for individual parts with the prices for each. I will keep you in mind for these.

Re: 1974 Jimmy - Whole for Parts
Ive noticed that in this post are offers for PM sales which are against the rules here because it leads to fustration. People need to line up here on the thread to buy then it goes to PM for shipping info etc. If the rules are not followed, then I will forward the infractions to Liz and Josh who will take the appropriate steps
If youre going to sell parts prices must be posted!!

Re: 1974 Jimmy - Whole for Parts
Post will be updated with prices for parts and we will go in the order of the thread requests if it goes that route. I really want to sell this whole as I truly don't have the time to part and ship at this time. If I had the time, I would put this together. Work has been just brutally busy later.
With that being said. Price drop here to $2900. This needs to go whole folks. Someone can easily make some good change on parts if you have the time.

Re: 1974 Jimmy - Whole for Parts
TTT - Still need to unload this whole. No time to part unfortunately otherwise I would just build it. Can meet on weekends. Will consider offers for the entire lot even if it means taking a small loss.
