To all of you pro streeters, what are you using for an E Brake cables? I am in the process of redoing my rear drum brakes and I am wondering what everyone is using for that first section of E- brake cable.

Re: Pro Street E - Brake Cable???????

I am still using the stock units - I had to fab an eye bolt to the trailing to pull the away from the wheels or they would rub
If you are going to disc simply buy the units designed for the rear that accomadate ebrakes
Your other option would be to go to a disc on the back of the tranny or the front of the rear end. You would have a mechancal caliper to lock against the disc to act as your parking brake
