Nice truck. But I spy an awesome start to one of my long time aspirations of a project. That FC Jeep in the background.

Requested pic.
An IM won't let me post a pic, so here it is. The guy that did this for me must have been drunk, and there was snow on the ground. I'll have to redo it because of some wrinkles, waiting for a warm day. |

Re: Green & White 73-87's
What color interior are you going for? A Saddle or a peanut butter color looks really good with JD green

Tried to trade for it but he wasnt interested. Yes, it is spring green and frost white. IIRC it had drop spindles and springs. No drop member. |

Re: Green & White 73-87's
In my opinion, these are some of the best green and whites i've seen:
http://brochures.slosh.com/index.shtml?1975 pages 2, +8. But i'm old fashioned and like completely stock trucks----i have that independant farmer mentality even though i've never lived on a farm. |

Re: Green & White 73-87's
the color scheme that Hardwaa posted with that blazer was common around here for one of the construction companys.. all their trucks were that scheme

Re: Green & White 73-87's
i dunno- we were both posting on that page recently and the "spring green" or "medium lime" (as it is said to also be called depending on gmc or chevrolet?) seems to be a brighter and darker green if that makes sence together? but i agree i absolutely love the spring green on this truck and to think its the original paint with just a more recent clear as of 2006-ish according to the owner(to the left) color in question to right. sorry for the next two posts i dont know how to delete them after i edited this one to fit everything

Re: Green & White 73-87's
My '73 K20 has the original "Marine Turquoise/White" paint job. It looks more blue here, but it is actually a green teal...
