rear drop
ok im sorry if this has been touched on before but i need some advice for a friend. hes got a 69 with coils all the way around. the front end is pretty much like my 80 so i can help him with that. spindles being best, springs being the cheaper....
but the back, i dont know how to work with. is there any other way to lower the rear besides springs without going air?? he just wants some options. hes probably just looking for a mild drop, 2/4 or so. thanks in advance guys

From what I gather, to get a 4 drop in the rear, get 3" drop coils and 1" blocks. Thats what I plan on doing, Im no expert though.

with a 15" wheel, a 2 " block is about all you want to go at the rear(if you blow a tire, you will have susp pcs "skating" on the pavement with over 2" block).......there are some pics posted in this section that will show a 2 " block,if you do a search.....
